Join Esther Rose Parkes Heinrichs, a singer, songwriter, music artist and medicine singer, and Karen Le Roy Harris, a multi-disciplinary artist working with installation, sculpture and performance, for a creative workshop to explore surrealism through sound and visuals

Event time: 12pm to 3pm

Inspired by the work of surrealist artists Claude Cahun and Marcel Moore, create a collective soundscape and surrealist collage under the expert creative guidance of Esther and Karen. At the end of the session, your collaborative endeavours will come together in a short film.
This workshop is open to all ages, offering a fun, hands-on opportunity to experiment and express your imagination in new ways.

The Claude Cahun & Marcel Moore weekend - a celebration of love, art and resistance

A four-day festival celebrating the lives, work and artful resistance of surrealists artists Claude Cahun and Marcel Moore, from 3 to 6 April. During this four-day celebration, you can enjoy free expert talks, guided walks, film screenings, artist-led workshops and  an exclusive viewing of the Cahun and Moore collection, cared for by Jersey Heritage.
